The Aftereffects of the Jerome Avenue Rezoning & Possible Policy Solutions

My capstone project took the form of a podcast on the aftereffects of the Jerome Avenue Rezoning and possible policy solutions to mitigate displacement and real estate speculation. Policies discussed include Mandatory Inclusionary Housing reform, the repeal of the 421a tax program, community land trusts, vacancy taxes, and commercial rent control.
